The Florida LGBTA Democratic Caucus stands in strong opposition to HB 401, the latest attempt at enshrining religious-based discrimination into law.  This extreme bill goes further than previous attempts, targeting a woman’s right to choose and allowing blatant discrimination against LGBT Floridians such as denying admittance to children of LGBT parents and other forms of bigotry and intolerance.

The Caucus strongly urges Legislators to vote against this homophobic legislation if and when it comes to the House & Senate floors.
