All In to Win In 2020 Program
All In to Win In 2020
Winter Conference of the Florida LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus
Program Update #1
Our Winter Conference, All In to Win In 2020, is just around the corner! We’re excited to meet March 6-8 in Orlando! Following is our Program Update #1 and important registration information:
HOTEL: Our hotel reservation block has been extended to Friday, February 21. We negotiated a special rate of $149 per night, no resort fees, and reduced parking at the beautiful, newly-renovated Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside. Book directly with the hotel HERE.
REGISTRATION: Your registration fee of $40 covers the Welcome Reception on Friday night, and Continental Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday, as well as materials and refreshments throughout the day. Our Leadership Dinner on Saturday night is a separately-ticketed event for $90. Prices for both registration and dinner go up on March 6. Register on our website HERE.
PROGRAM: As always, we’re putting together an interactive program discussing key issues for the LGBTQ+ community. You’ll hear from LGBTQ+ activists and allies, elected officials and candidates, and subject matter experts. We’ll also host a Membership Meeting requiring your votes on two important bylaws updates, and we’ll conduct a survey of Florida LGBTQ+ Democratic activists. And on Sunday, we’ll make a group visit to the Pulse Memorial.
Our program is still in development, so watch your email and social media for updates!
